Itinerary

We pick you up from your hotel in Cusco. We leave at 6:30 am and do a 10 hrs trip. This journey will go on the route to Sicuani and then turn right to continue on the highlands and reach Colca Canyon. The landscape is great and we will do short stops to see the landscape, also a stop for lunch.

We offer a good van, rooms for legs and your luggages.

Why this service departs so early?

The trip from Cusco to Cabanaconde is a long distance and that is why we leave early in order to reach in the afternoon to Chivay and Cabanaconde. You can also continue to Cabanaconde with an extra fee.

Why take this service?

The transfer service is exclusively organized by our Hotel Pachamama in Cabanaconde and we offer this service because we know that there are tourists who would like to reach Cabanaconde and do the hike on the next day. There are not many options from Cusco and most people take a night bus to Arequipa and then take another local bus to Cabanaconde.

Other ways to reach from Cusco to Colca Canyon.

Most people will go first to Arequipa from Cusco, most of the time are night buses. From Arequipa to Cabanaconde you can take a local bus at 12:30 pm Transandino. Check more info here

Price is shared with how many people would join to this transfer and it could cost from 85 to 105 usd per person. Since this is a long distance (650 km approx or 11 hrs approx) a transfer will be never cheaper.
